BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESS

Keep the conversation
moving forward.

For a service business, the most useful email may explain what happens before a consultation or answer a question after an estimate. We map the customer stages and the information your team already has, then scope automations that support the human conversation rather than creating disconnected messages. For San Jose businesses, we clarify whether the offer is city-specific, covers a wider service area, or can be delivered remotely. A local appointment and a nationwide product order require different destinations and qualification. Adnetix works with San Jose clients remotely from Los Angeles; with online planning sessions and coordinated reviews.

THE WORK / NOT JUST THE PROMISE

Every part has a purpose.

01 / INCLUDED

Journey mapping

Define the inquiry, qualification, appointment, proposal, and customer stages relevant to your operation.

02 / INCLUDED

Trigger planning

Identify the events and fields your existing tools can reliably supply before promising automation.

03 / INCLUDED

Message development

Write useful follow-up that explains the next step, answers common questions, and reflects your response process.

04 / INCLUDED

Routing and ownership

Clarify when automation stops and a member of your team should take over.

05 / INCLUDED

Consent and list handling

Build around permission, unsubscribe handling, and the appropriate use of contact information.

06 / INCLUDED

Testing and reporting

Check trigger paths and exclusions, then review replies and downstream outcomes where your systems support them.

We will scope new inquiry follow-up around your offer, available assets, and the next action you want customers to take.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

From the first conversation
to the next improvement.

01. Define the brief

We review your business, existing materials, audience, and desired outcome. The proposal identifies deliverables, dependencies, approvals, and responsibilities.

02. Build and review

We develop the agreed work, collect consolidated feedback, and check the customer-facing experience before launch or delivery.

03. Make the next decision

We review the work against the agreed objective and identify what should be maintained, refined, or tested next.

Before we get started.

Can you work with our existing CRM?

We first confirm the platform, integration options, permissions, and required fields. The proposal specifies the supported connections; a custom integration is not assumed.

How is the project priced?

Pricing depends on the deliverables, existing setup, production needs, and ongoing support. We prepare a scoped proposal. Advertising spend, platform subscriptions, and third-party licenses are separate unless explicitly included.

What should we provide before starting?

Share your website, business goals, existing brand assets, and relevant account information through the appropriate access process. We confirm additional requirements after reviewing the brief.

Can this work with our current marketing team?

Yes. We can define a supporting role alongside your internal team or other partners, with clear approval ownership and handoff requirements.

Do you work with businesses in San Jose?

Yes.

What happens after the initial project?

Ongoing support is agreed separately or included explicitly in your proposal. We define who maintains the work and what reporting or revisions are included rather than assuming an open-ended engagement.

The engagement

Adnetix managed digital marketing for a high-ticket ecommerce jewelry brand on Shopify. The work connected customer acquisition through Meta Ads with Klaviyo email marketing, content creation, Shopify optimization, Google Shopping optimization, free product listings, and SEO.

Paid media and creative

Managed Facebook and Instagram advertising across video, static, carousel, and catalog creative. On July 11, 2026, the selected Meta Ads dashboard recorded 40 purchases and $13,834.44 in purchase value from $3,979.25 in spend, for a 3.48 return on ad spend. A separate selected campaign view on July 13 showed 13 purchases and a 5.12 ROAS. These are individual reporting snapshots, not an account-wide average.

Email campaigns and automated flows

Created and installed Klaviyo flows alongside email campaign management. The June 12–July 12, 2026 dashboard recorded $132,887.80 in attributed email revenue: $92,166.79 from campaigns and $40,721.01 from flows. Email represented 38.84% of the total revenue shown in that dashboard. Flows included welcome, abandoned checkout, browse abandonment, customer thank-you, and win-back sequences.

Shopify growth

From December 1, 2025 to July 15, 2026, Shopify recorded CA$1,661,975.26 in gross sales, CA$1,405,463.89 in total sales, and 4,801 orders. Gross sales increased 620% and total sales increased 590% against the displayed April 18–November 30, 2025 comparison period. An earlier snapshot for December 1, 2025–January 20, 2026 showed CA$112.6K in total sales and 410 orders.
