EXPERT-VETTED ON UPWORK
Strategy, creative, and execution—with a profile you can review.

An identity should help your team make decisions after the launch. We connect positioning and visual direction, then define the elements needed for consistent everyday use. The scope may include a logo system, typography, color, and sample applications rather than a collection of disconnected designs. For Los Angeles businesses, we start by separating customers who need a nearby provider from those who can buy or work with you remotely. A neighborhood service, a professional practice, an online store, and a venue should not share an identical marketing brief. Tell us where you actually serve customers, how you deliver the work, and what your team can handle.
THE WORK / NOT JUST THE PROMISE
Clarify the business, audience, offer, and the associations the identity should support.
Explore references and design principles before refining a selected concept.
Develop the agreed logo variations, color palette, typography, and supporting visual elements.
Show how the identity works in selected marketing touchpoints such as social graphics or a website header.
Document practical rules for spacing, color, type, and common applications.
Supply agreed file formats and identify any font or stock licensing dependencies.
We will scope a new identity around your offer, available assets, and the next action you want customers to take.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
We review your business, existing materials, audience, and desired outcome. The proposal identifies deliverables, dependencies, approvals, and responsibilities.
We develop the agreed work, collect consolidated feedback, and check the customer-facing experience before launch or delivery.
We review the work against the agreed objective and identify what should be maintained, refined, or tested next.
Naming can be separately scoped. Legal trademark clearance is not included in design work; your business should obtain appropriate review before adopting a name or mark.
Pricing depends on the deliverables, existing setup, production needs, and ongoing support. We prepare a scoped proposal. Advertising spend, platform subscriptions, and third-party licenses are separate unless explicitly included.
Share your website, business goals, existing brand assets, and relevant account information through the appropriate access process. We confirm additional requirements after reviewing the brief.
Yes. We can define a supporting role alongside your internal team or other partners, with clear approval ownership and handoff requirements.

Ongoing support is agreed separately or included explicitly in your proposal. We define who maintains the work and what reporting or revisions are included rather than assuming an open-ended engagement.
