A salon’s visuals should help a prospective client recognize the services, style, and experience they can expect. We connect that first impression to accurate service information and a booking path that reflects real availability. In Los Angeles, the campaign brief starts with the locations your team can realistically serve and the availability you can support. We do not treat the entire metropolitan area as one interchangeable audience. Before recommending a channel, we review your existing website, current inquiry process, and the work you want to prioritize.
THE WORK / NOT JUST THE PROMISE
We plan around service bookings, new-client inquiries, and repeat-visit campaigns. A salon’s visuals should help a prospective client recognize the services, style, and experience they can expect. We connect that first impression to accurate service information and a booking path that reflects real availability.
Visual social creative can introduce your work and signature services. Search and landing pages can help customers understand location, availability, and how to book. Channel selection follows the offer, budget, and readiness of the destination.
Explain the relevant service, process, and next step. Useful inquiry details may include service interest, preferred timing, and booking contact details. We avoid collecting information that is unnecessary for the initial response.
Build the creative brief around permission-cleared work photos, stylist introductions, current service details, and approved customer feedback. Supplied material needs appropriate permissions and your approval before publication.
Map the booking platform, availability confirmation, and the team answering service questions. Agree on who receives inquiries, what they need to respond, and how the outcome is recorded.
Review spend and trackable inquiries alongside qualification and customer outcomes where your systems support them. Submitted forms are not automatically booked work, and historical results from other industries are not a forecast.
For new-client bookings, we align the message, destination, and follow-up with the relevant customer decision.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Review service bookings, new-client inquiries, and repeat-visit campaigns, coverage, capacity, and current marketing. Identify the offer and customer fit before choosing campaigns.
Prepare approved creative, a relevant destination, and inquiry routing. Coordinate the booking platform, availability confirmation, and the team answering service questions before launch.
Use feedback on suitability, response, and bookings alongside campaign reporting. Adjust the next round of work based on what the evidence supports.
Yes, when you have appropriate permission and the images accurately represent your work. We organize approved assets by service and avoid presenting stock photos as salon results.
Keep the first step focused. Depending on the offer, useful information may include service interest, preferred timing, and booking contact details. Final fields should match your response process and privacy requirements.
The portfolio below shows our supplied ecommerce and live-event projects. We do not present those as results from your industry. We can discuss how our process applies to your business and what would need to be tested.
Often, yes. We review the current platform and customer path before recommending changes. A focused landing page may be enough; a full rebuild is not automatically required.
We consider the offer, coverage, available assets, campaign scope, and business economics. Management fees, advertising spend, and software costs are itemized in the proposal.
No. Outcomes depend on the market, offer, budget, response process, and customer fit. We agree on the measurement approach and review what is happening without promising a fixed result.
